Sourced, not manufactured in-house
Items managed through a buying-house route are sourced and managed through partner factories. They are not manufactured in-house, and we will not present them as if they were. When you enquire, we tell you which route your product runs through before you commit.
For products we make ourselves, see our manufacturing divisions.

What it is
One brief, one contact, one standard
For products outside the most suitable direct manufacturing route, RASIKH can act as your sourcing and coordination point through appropriate partner suppliers. It is built for buyers who want a single contact for product development and follow-up across several apparel categories.
You get one brief, one person chasing it, and one set of quality and packing standards applied across suppliers - rather than managing several factories in a country you may not visit.
What we coordinate
Ten points of coordination
- 01
Buyer brief review
Product references or tech packs, target quality, quantities, target price, destination and timeline.
- 02
Supplier / factory matching
Identify suitable manufacturing routes for the product category and order profile.
- 03
Fabric & trim sourcing
Coordinate material, zips, buttons, labels, packaging and other components.
- 04
Costing & quotation
Collect and compare commercial offers against the approved brief.
- 05
Sampling
Manage sample requests, revisions, buyer comments and approvals.
- 06
Production follow-up
Track key milestones and highlight delays or specification issues.
- 07
Quality coordination
Arrange agreed in-line, final or pre-shipment checks.
- 08
Packing & assortment review
Check labels, barcodes, colour and size ratios, folding, polybags and carton markings.
- 09
Consolidation support
Coordinate multiple product categories or suppliers where practical.
- 10
Shipment preparation
Support packing lists, buyer instructions and freight-forwarder handover.
Buying house journey
How a sourcing brief runs
- 01
Send Sourcing Brief
Send product references or tech packs with your target quality level, quantities, target price, destination and timeline. The more precise the brief, the more comparable the offers that come back.
- 02
Source & Shortlist
We identify manufacturing routes suited to the product category and order profile, and shortlist them. You are told which route a product would run through before anything is committed.
- 03
Costing & Sample Coordination
Commercial offers are collected and compared against the approved brief, and sample requests are managed through to delivery - including revisions and your comments.
- 04
Buyer Approval
Nothing proceeds to production until you have approved the sample, the commercial terms and the route the order will run through.
- 05
Production Follow-Up
Key production milestones are tracked and any delay or specification issue is raised with you while there is still time to act on it.
- 06
Inspection & Packing Verification
In-line, final or pre-shipment checks are arranged as agreed. Labels, barcodes, colour and size ratios, folding, polybags and carton markings are verified against your instructions.
- 07
Consolidation & Shipment
Where practical, multiple categories or suppliers are consolidated into one shipment. We support packing lists, buyer instructions and handover to your freight forwarder.
