RASIKH Apparel is an OEM and private-label apparel manufacturer and sourcing partner with a manufacturing base in Pakistan. This policy covers information collected through this website. You can contact us about anything in this policy at rasikh.apparel@gmail.com.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us. Through the enquiry form, that is:

• Your name and, if you provide it, your company or brand name
• Your email address, and phone or WhatsApp number if provided
• Your country
• Your manufacturing requirements: product type, quantity, fabric, colours, branding, target price and delivery date
• The message and specifications you write
• Any files you attach, including tech packs, designs and artwork

If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you send through that channel.

Why we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to prepare costing and sampling, and to manage a manufacturing relationship if one follows. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your designs and tech packs

Files you send us are treated as confidential and commercially sensitive. They are used only to review, cost, sample and manufacture your product, and are shared only with the people within our team who need them for that purpose. We do not use your designs to develop products for other buyers, and we do not publish them without your permission.

Who we share it with

We use third-party service providers to run this website and deliver enquiries to us - for example our website hosting provider and our email delivery provider. These providers process your information on our instructions. We may also share information where we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence and associated files for as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project proceeds, for as long as the manufacturing relationship and our record-keeping obligations require. If you would like your enquiry and files deleted, contact us and we will do so, subject to any records we are required to retain.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function. If analytics are enabled, we use them only to understand how the site is used in aggregate - which pages are visited and which enquiry routes are used - so we can improve it. Analytics are not used to identify you personally.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using the site or sending an enquiry.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS, and enquiry submissions and file uploads are transmitted over an encrypted connection. We restrict access to enquiry information to the people who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
